Summary/Abstract: The preparation and employee development as a key activity on the development of human resources business plan: the elimination of disparities between the actual and necessary staff knowledge and skills to create learning opportunities for each employee, so that learning becomes a permanent activity of every man who works in the company Training process consists of two relatively distinct components: basic training and advanced. The training aims to develop new, if treatment is envisaged to improve existing skills The Romanian Labor Code gives special attention to training, it recognizes as primary goals, moved into art. 188, namely: adaptation to the demands of paid employment or work, skills, improved knowledge and professional skills and vocational training for the profession and improving the conversion of basic due to socio-economic restructuring, acquisition of advanced knowledge, methods and modern techniques needed to carry out professional activities, prevention of unemployment insurance, employment promotion and career development.
