Summary/Abstract: This work deals with a phenomenon of Dělnická strana sociální spravedlnosti and Dělnické listy as its open program platform. This political party has not got a concrete label from the normative political field so that it is question whether the party is radical, extremist or marginal. And in this light, does the Dělnická strana sociální spravedlnosti have own ideology which can be taken such as opposition to temporary political order of the Czech Republic? The paper offers the answers regarding these issues: Dělnická strana sociální spravedlnosti is in the opposition to the temporary political order of Czech Republic as the radical right-wing political party and creates national-chauvinistic ideological position.
