Summary/Abstract: Article contains theoretical and empirical aspects. Its purpose is to determine whether during the analyzed years the penetration of research problems between accounting and corporate governance took place. The research method used in article was to analyze the content of national and international publications in the field of accounting and corporate governance. The content presented in the paper was also developed based on literature studies.
