Summary/Abstract: In this article, we describe the use of problem of adaptation of the personality at different stages of social ontogenesis, as is one of the most important in the direction of structural and substantial modernization of education. Article purpose – to allocate and characterize the main problems of adaptation during various periods of social ontogenesis. In article, it is noted that in modern conditions of social and economic transformations people who quickly adapt to new requirements and tasks in various fields of activity are required. The analysis of the needs for definition and realization of priorities of development of all education levels of Russia existing now sets a paramount task to make our education competitive and effective for the state. One of the most important directions of structural and substantial change of education is research of processes of adaptation at different steps of social ontogenesis. Also in article, the interrelation of processes of adaptation at different stages of social ontogenesis with the experience gained in the course of interaction with Wednesday is considered. The developed and acquired skills at the previous step of adaptation play large role upon transition since one age period of social adaptation to another. Therefore, in this article the most important adaptation periods in human life are considered. In this paper, we describe the most important in human life the adaptation periods.
