Summary/Abstract: In this article, the author intends to take into discussion the relation author-narrator-characters in the novels of Gheorghe Crăciun. Gheorghe Crăciun is considered to be one of the most talented novelists the 80s generation has offered to the Romanian literature. The author has passed away at the beginning of his European affirmation. Being perfectly representative for the postmodernist paradigm of the textualism, his novels are built on the subtle play of the identity and the alterity of an I that is constantly changing his perspectives.
