Summary/Abstract: The article aims to determine the class of persons responsible for acts of unfair competition which involves misleading indication of the company. The misleading indication of the company is an act of unfair competition, which The Suppression of Unfair Competition Act introduced in order to prevent erroneous ideas among consumers as to the origin of goods and services to the market and to protect the interests of entrepreneur, not to confuse it with another entrepreneur.
