Protection measures of industrial property rights in the times of political transformation (substantive issues)

Summary/Abstract: The breakdown of socialism in the former Soviet Union and its satellite states, led to a complete new economic structure in Europe, finalized by the EU enlargement, with far-reaching economic, political and administrative consequences. The purpose of this article is to examine how the transformation process influenced systems for enforcing industrial property rights in Poland and how it contributed to the method of protecting these rights.
