Summary/Abstract: The article tries to characterize the economic image of public administration. The study contains chosen important, in the author’s opinion, elements projecting on public administration as an economic category. Outlining the problem was an intention of the author. As the whole the article emphasizes relevant problems and provokes to the discussion on this subject.
