Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article is to highlight the role of error management in an enterprise. Therefore, it presents the essence of errors and approaches to errors that affect the behavior of employees and their reactions to errors. It also points to the benefits of the employees and the company to communicate about errors, coping with mistakes and learning from them. The paper is based on the analysis of literature, and it uses the method of analysis of sources. Everyone makes mistakes.The study indicates that a positive approach to error allows for using information about them to seek additional sources of knowledge, other ways of solving a problem or achieving a goal. Employees who cope with errors and can learn from them, are able to change an error in the subsequent victory and use it for the benefit of a company. Thus they are a key success factor.
