The assessment of the industrial sector impact on the process of firms value migration

Summary/Abstract: In the paper there are discussed the issues of value migration with regard to sectors. The aim of the study is to analyze the effect of the type of business activity on enterprises’ value migration. To measure enterprises’ value migration the liner ordering methods were employed in the form of a composite measure. The research method for data analyzing was based on the one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) ), according to which it was not possible to reject the hypothesis stating that a type of sector does not determinate the value migration processes on the Polish capital market.
