Summary/Abstract: This research is aimed to determined and conduct a logistic cost optimization algorithm in the small markets food industry. The authors conducted a survey and indicated that in a small market food industry the main influence to the transportation cost is partial cargo transportation. Regarding this finding the authors offers a cost optimization algorithm using clustering processes. It was concluded that the usage of clusters can dramatically reduce cost and the optimization level is even higher in a small market
