Summary/Abstract: The article reviews one of the basic concepts of cultural linguistic – precedent name (terminology V.V. Krasnyh). It is assumed that the cognitive basis of language keeps not only the precedent names, but also invariants of evaluative notions of precedent phenomena – acceptance or rejection of its specific cultural communities. As sources of precedent names are used materials of Germanic online publications.
