Identification of economic safety in literature and legal regulations

Summary/Abstract: The role of the country is not limited only to impose obligations on citizens or entities. The purpose and mission of the state is also to ensure the economic security. It is a challenge not only for research but also for the legislative process. Within its competence a country appoints individuals in order to secure business transactions. One of them is the local government of auditors, whose task is to control the stretch of economic security which is the financial report. Although procedures stored in the National Standards on Auditing are not strictly focused on the behavior of economic security in some small way they are closer to it. Therefore the aim of the article is the answer to a question for the identification of the economic security in the literature on the subject and in legal regulations.
