Economic and financial crime vs. creative aspects of accounting

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study was to present the category of economic and financial crimes and their relations with accounting associations. There is a close cause and effect relationship between economic crime and aggressive accounting. The paper describes the growing relationship between criminal law and accounting, which is an economic category. The article also defines economic crime and creative accounting and aggressive accounting.
