Summary/Abstract: Change is not the only feature of the economy but also the company. Currently, the economic environment is defined as a difficult to predict and turbulent. A broad approach to innovation indicates the number of new opportunities for changes that can be helpful in meeting the requirements of an unstable economy. Companies starting to understand usefulness of non-technological innovation in the fight for market position specially in times of economic instability. Marketing innovation can become a special type of solution appropriate for smaller, service companies.
