Summary/Abstract: The subject of this paper is fairly detailed analysis of the concept of conservation of historical perspective and also in terms of the applicable Polish law. On the background of nature conservation, the author analyses various social conflicts of interest. Notable among others is the correct classification of potential conflicts.
