Risk factors analysis in managing the development of an organization

Summary/Abstract: The article describes an extensive list of risk factors and their proposed analyses. Risk factors are divided into three groups: internal factors, transactional environment factors and context environment factors. In each of these groups are to be found the most common terms that have been used to describe risk factors in the prospectuses of 319 listed companies (on the Warsaw Stock Exchange). The second part of the article presents the concept of structural analysis of risk factors. The use of structural analysis allows the assignment of risk factors for certain classes, making it easier to design a security management system and to develop internal controls within an organization.
