Significance of interorganizational cooperation for organizational innovativeness – an empirical perspective

Summary/Abstract: The article raises the issues of relationships between interorganizational cooperation and organizational innovativeness reached by members of collaborative, strategic networks. The research was conducted on organizations functioning within Polish aviation industry. In the light of the obtained results it should be stated that interorganizational cooperation is not only positively and statistically significantly correlated with organizational innovativeness, but it can be perceived as an explanatory variable for innovativeness reached by network members.
