Summary/Abstract: The subject of the article is to analyze innovative strategies in organizations. An innovation is often considered not only a kind of a functional strategy but also a type of a large-scale strategy – general trend, objectives, protection of long-term interests, especially on an international scale. Increasing the complexity of environment and the dynamics of transformations in organizations forces decision-makers to keep forming innovative strategies. Formulating innovative strategies of organizations is a complex process that depends on many factors, mainly economical, but also sociological and psychological ones.
