A cluster as a generator of relational capital for regional development

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to present a cluster as a generator of relational capital, which has a great impact on regional development. In the theoretical part the author defines a cluster, a relational capital and the regional development. An analytical part shows clusters located in Western Pomerania. The advantages of the clusters for regional development are also presented in this article.
