“Intermediate statements” – ways of nomination of notarial contracts from the beginning of the nineteenth century

Summary/Abstract: Confrontation notaries’ achievements allowed to reveal differences in naming of certain notarial contracts. The overview of the manuscripts from the perspective of the twenty-first century means that you can easily get lost in determining the type of act. Inconsistency or deliberate action, resulting in various names acts in the same category and notary office, not only clarifies the nature of the same activities, but also shows the evolution of certain notarial acts. This does not change the fact to the effect that the wording of the legal action could have a number of equal variants, without affecting to the socio-legal situation in the 19th century.
