Summary/Abstract: Purpose - the aim of this article is to identify the possibility of using Deming cycle to improve the quality of Accounting courses, as well as to develop new specialities in various areas of studies, particularly in Finance and Accounting. Design/Methodology/Approach — research methods used while writing the article is mainly the literature study and the Author's reflections and deductive reasoning. Findings - deming cycle can be used at universities, both to improve the quality of teaching of Accounting and modify specialities in Finance and Accounting. It can also be used in the lower level education. Originality/Value — this article shows that the Deming cycle can be used not only in manufacturing enterprises but also in the education system to improve the quality of education, including in the subjects related to accounting, and to modify specialties opened in the fields of study.
