Summary/Abstract: This paper presents results of comparative study of the attitudes toward cooperation in social conflict among Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Pakistan teachers. The results show that teachers from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia express more democratic attitude in conflict than their colleague from Pakistan, which opens up a series of new research questions whose understanding is contextualized within cross-cultural research sensitivity and methodological framework of social epistemology. The novelty of this paper is the attempt to delineate researcher’s contemporary position in more complex and actual way which is supported by inferential multidisciplinary insights of critical linguistics and stylistics.
