O jednom sarajevskom bujruku
On a Sarajevo buyruk

Summary/Abstract: The primary goal of this paper is to present buyruks as written sources of Alevi tradition generally on an example of one written specimen of a buyruk found in the collection of Gazi Husrev-bey library in Sarajevo. The paper speaks about etymology of the names of these sources, their most significant thematic points of reference, as well as the relation of Ottoman scientific tradition and imperial ideology towards the Alevis/ Kizilbashes as exemplified in a letter of Bālī-efendi sent to Rustem-Pasha on that occasion. At the end of this paper there is an originl translation of the Sarajevo buyruk to Bosnian with accompanying notes, as well as the fascimile of the writing.
