Summary/Abstract: This article aims to analyze changes and trends of development taking place in the era of innovation in the wider employees development. This article attempts to assess the impact of “fashionable” word nowadays: the crisis - of the action taken by the person responsible for the development of employees. The main question which guided meditations taken here relates to the quality of the training market support forms: if the coaching, mentoring, e-learning, Kolb’s cycle and Kirkpatrick’s model will be sufficient to achieve success by moving the “ladder of competence” employees?
