Innovation process in the aspect of competence assets

Summary/Abstract: This article attempts to answer the question whether the implementation of the innovation process in a business organization provides an increase in knowledge and competence of the organization, and whether the innovation process can be represented as the assets of competence and measured at the level of the cost of this process. The article is a contribution to research in the field of intellectual capital as the equivalent of assets of competence presented in the balance sheet based on knowledge. The article uses literature analysis, observations of economic practice and conclusions from the research in terms of identification and measurement of the innovation process presented in previous publications of the author.
