Summary/Abstract: The approached issue regarding the crisis and conflicts in contemporary international relationships at the beginning of the 21st century is very vast and complex both from the political, social, economic, and military point of view. This requires a profound and systematic analysis to define the main concepts of decision makers who need to generate conservation or transformation strategies of the geopolitical system in order to bring it back to the state of functional balance and crisis exacerbation in a state of conflict.
