Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to analyze the effectiveness of the WTO multilateral trading system. In particular, it will analyze the negotiations of the Doha Round, and shall indicate the main obstacles to its completion. At the end of the paper the reform proposals of the WTO negotiations process will be formulated.
