Summary/Abstract: This paper discusses the critical issues faced by Gansu Provincial Museum in attracting and maintaining its audiences, and how it engages digital technology to create new compelling exhibits via the use of both digital and multimedia tools. Real life examples using virtual reality, augmented reality and interactive games will be briefly discussed.
