Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article is to present my own design concept for an employee motivation system. Such a system may be understood as an ordered set of interrelated factors that constitute a coherent whole. The aim of the system is to create conditions and encourage employees to use productive behaviours in regard to enterprise objectives. Accordingly, a properly designed motivation system increases management effectiveness. Due to space limitations, the system’s characteristics have been left out in favour of placing greater focus on its design. The various parts of the article were subordinated to the general examination procedure, the unique character of which is expressed in the fact that fundamental meaning for improving the employee motivation system may be found in the analysis of existing solutions, then forecasting changes and searching for a new, effective system.
