Summary/Abstract: The digital revolution has begun. The Central Committee has issued its call to arms. Partisan brigades are being formed. Its principal proponents are not party cadres, but a new intelligentsia, radical innovators motivated by both profit and the desire to capture leadership of the emerging revolutionary surge. The struggle for the future of libraries, and of librarians, has begun.
