Summary/Abstract: The system of compulsory enforcement of court judgments and acts of other bodies needs to be developed and improved due to the low level of execution of court decisions. Currently, the Russian system of court enforcement proceedings is in development. The Federal Service of court bailiffs of Russia implements informational exchange practice (with different departments as well as with people) in the process of court judgments’ enforcement and acts of other authorized bodies. The use of modern technologies in this area is one of the key factors in developing information-oriented society. The age of information technologies dictates its rules to all areas of life including law enforcement. The Russian Federal Service of court bailiffs actively employs informational technologies in its work. Contemporary enforcement systems of Russia and Finland have a lot in common. The article deals with the issue of new information technologies’ introduction into the enforcement system of both countries, Russia and Finland. Analysis of the experience gained by the foreign colleagues and its continuity in the area of information technologies’ introduction are studied by the author.
