Summary/Abstract: The article analyses the current level of human capital indicators among Polish provinces (NTS-2). Dividing them into groups by the k-means method enabled to evaluate regional diversity and collate the results with the GDP per capita. The highest level of indicators relating to a human capital was observed in a group formed by Lower Silesia, Wielkopolska, Pomerania and Małopolska. At the same time there is no obvious similarity between the geographical diversity of Polish provinces in terms of a level of human capital and a level of per capita income.
