Simulation of the Polish fiscal rule

Summary/Abstract: The goal of the present research is an assessment of the polish fiscal rule with regard to the creation of a deficit path and stabilization of the debt path. The rule is applied to the simulated GDP paths and given the assumed paths of budget revenues creates paths of budget deficits and debt. The obtained paths are assessed in terms of assumed targets and stability
