Specificity of institutional transformation in current market economy

Summary/Abstract: Cohesion and efficacy of institutional system is a crucial conditioning for social and economic system. The author concerns to this statement from the evolutionary and institutional economy point of view and he pays attention to institutional transformation-arising, development, formalization and disposal of formal and informal institution from the system. The author compares the process of transformation in the previous period of development capitalistic conomy (before the IT revolution) and the process in current conditions in globalization economy. He points on this basis, that besides civilization transformation there are also dysfunctions of institutional system which are responsible for currently observed symptoms of the systemic crisis
