Summary/Abstract: The crisis unfolding so rapidly that most of the world's population feelings of helplessness and hopelessness, and our country - is no exception. Just a few months in Russia confidence in economic recovery replaced the expectation of economic collapse. There is no justification for the rapid destruction of the country's economic potential. For the destruction of the capacity makes it inevitable phenomenon in the next crisis. It is immoral both in relation to living today and to future generations. This article discusses the causes of the destruction of morality and manifestations in loss of stability and economic development. To overcome the crisis and create the conditions for a new wave of economic growth and modernization of the economy, we all need to change - to do something that did not make an early hour, above. Unable to work and live in the old way, if we want to provide a normal life for their children. We have to solve a very important but also very complex long-term goal - to create an innovative moder-ized economy. Constant updating of enterprises, technologies and materials, and people are becoming the dominant activity. The crisis is most striking immoral economy, because it is immoral conduct business, government and citizens actually generates crises. Russia needs a moral and modernized breakthrough, and cook it should be now, and today, for tomorrow may be too late. We may be faced with irreversible consequences disintegration of society, the loss of statehood.
