Summary/Abstract: The article contains an investigation of the Russian advertising market condition. The special features of the regional advertising services market functioning are distinguished with an example of the Tyumen region. It is established that the Russian advertising services market constantly decreases growth rate of advertising amount in dissemination media. A leading position of Internet-advertising and a decrease of amount of advertising in the printed mass media are noted. The regional market is presented by a number of representatives, including full-service agencies and companies dealing with advertising as their secondary service. Concerning the development of the regional advertising market, a number of tendencies is observed: a growth of advertising rate due to the regional brands appearance at the market, specialization of advertising agencies, increase of the regional advertising agencies professional level.
