Retrospective review of the establishing and acting of the Association of librarians, archivists and museologists (LAM) of Bosnia and Herzegovina

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to give a short, essential, fragmentary, but also a comprehensive insight into the formation and establishment, substantial work and the contribution of these organizations / associations, and individual and its Presidency, through the eight-year period by comprehensive and retrospective analysis of the founding documents, reports and programs of some scientific and professional meetings of the Association LAM (librarians, archivists and museologists). Establishing these unique associations in the overall social, cultural, educational and scientific-research process, and modern information-technology environment, is an important and a great event for the Bosnian-Herzegovinian culture and science. Thanks to the professional and productive work of the Association, as well as creative and holistic presentation of activities through a quality website, the Association provides relevant data, whose compilation give us an integrated overview in one place.
