About the forgotten projects of the family law reform

Summary/Abstract: Long time ago, some of the Wroclaw’s lawyers have prepared at least tens of projects of the family law reform. A few of them have been enacted, also in the Polish Constitution. However, many of them have been forgotten. Only five of these proposals are pointed out in this article. They provide protection of the emotional ties, protection of the right to the name of the adopted child, acceptability of the proceedings for adoption before child’s birth and acceptability of the indication by a parent guardian of a child after mother`s or father’s death.
