Summary/Abstract: This article describes various arguments in support relations between the concepts of language, learning and thinking. Studies and research so far lead to the conclusion that the learning process is very complicated. They also emphasize that thinking is influenced by learning. They are the basis for future research and studies for learning. We conclude that human mental development and the formation of concepts depend on the language. Withal, over time, the man becomes aware that the survival adaptation in nature and personality development need to solve a variety of problems through: organization, design, concepts, development and through actions and procedures. These studies lead to the conclusion that learning is a process and a meta-language.
