Summary/Abstract: How about a school where pupils would be happy, carefree, self-aware of their own values and principles, and capable of initiative? A school genuinely committed to putting happiness and wellbeing at the heart of its ethos and activities? On the happiness map, the Romanian students are still at the bottom of the list, lost in the impenetrable thicket of an educational system that seems to have forgotten its fundamental purpose: the child and his future. Therefore, the article below aims at those who have more and more questions about the medium and long term effects of education, out of the desire to provide them with hope, a healthy life option and a possible definition of happiness, in school and beyond its walls.
