Summary/Abstract: The research aims to present the water polo coaches and the students with swimming specialization the modality and advantages of using the training specific to HOSAND GT. AQUA telemetry system. The learning method applied is represented by the experimental form with a demonstrative character of the research, in order to provide knowledge and competences to use the SW200 software for visualising and recording in real time the heart rate during training, and, implicitly, for the scientific management of athletes’ preparation on metabolic effort zones.
