Summary/Abstract: The article presents the priests who were in charge of the Roman Catholics in the thousand-year old parish of Kolozsmonostor. There are very few documents so not all the priests are known, as it is the case of quite a lot of Transylvanian parishes established in the Middle Ages. Even so the research proves that the presence of the Roman Catholic clergy, its pastoral activity has been uninterrupted in Kolozsmonostor. Th e only period when there was no Catholic clergy present was in the 16th century, between 1556–1579.
