Summary/Abstract: The article presents an analysis of evaluating differences within the job engagement management components among various employees’ groups. It has been assumed that the emergence of statistically significant differences among those employees’ groups should point to the need for taking into account the diversity within job engagement management. The results’ analysis revealed, however, that one could identify some key areas of management that determined job engagement no matter which group the employee belonged to. Nevertheless it is worth pointing out some differences that arose within the employee groups and including them in the job engagement management procedures.
