Operational risk management process in bank-case study

Summary/Abstract: Purpose - The main aim of this article was to present theoretical aspects of operational risk management process in banks as well as showing the practical example of this issue. Design/Methodology/'approach - To achieve purpose of this article there was used analyze of the literature of banking area and risk management area as well as there was shown case study of risk management process. Findings - This article has been devoted to issues of operational risk management process in bank, using the example of bank unit. The paper describes phases of the operational risk management process and presents methods of a risk analysis used by object of researches. Originality/value — The article is a practical presentation of operational risk management process.
