Summary/Abstract: The paper discusses the use of marketing for communication between the social security institution and clients. The actions used by social programmes and district social center are websites, brochures, idea placement, goodwill ambassador and brands. The emphasis on finding the optimal combination of marketing methods enables a better solving of local difficult social problems
