Summary/Abstract: The essence of balanced agriculture development is to maintain balance between production, economic and environmental targets. Production tasks rely on the manufacturing of agricultural products in appropriate amounts with properties required by the consumer or the processing industry. The economic target is to generate agricultural income, which provides a decent living standard of a farmer and allows the development of a farm. Eco-friendly activities are intended to ensure, in the long term, agricultural ecosystem balance and prevent environmental degradation. All these conditions were included when creating a dynamic, multicriterial, optimization model for a farm. Its goal functions should both maximize farm income and agricultural production as well as minimize the loss of organic matter in soil. The optimal solution shows the structure of a production, which can properly manage the natural resources of soil in the long term. The aim of the article is an attempt to analyze the balanced development of agricultural production, by the usage of the average farm in Zachodniopomorskie Voivodeship.
