Summary/Abstract: Over the past 20 years, information technology has developed greatly. From an administrative tool to optimize office processes, it is now a strategic instrument of industry, government or military. Before September 11, topics related to risks and threats in cyberspace, and those about cyber confrontation were discussed only by small groups of experts. But since September 11, it is obvious that cyberspace is not only about the serious vulnerabilities, but also about the possibility of confrontation at all levels of society.
