Summary/Abstract: The article presents the concept of human security from a new perspective, namely the respect for human rights. Fostering the sense of human security is a universal problem and is not regarded as a military problem. The development of the humanity and security cannot exist independently, they must be designed in a common strategy. Through the respect for human dignity, the security concept will develop other meanings.Respect for human dignity and achieving de facto equality between women and men is not an ideal, it is a necessary step in a world marked by all kinds of crises.
