Summary/Abstract: From the Freudian scenario of the primal horde, the text explores the role of man, the figure of Father and brothers in the source of the social order and the social network. The social relationship is the effect of the management of sexual behavior, because human sexuality, in its direct expression, is incompatible with the social relationship. The originating office shall constitute the fellowship. The social order, “the law,” was originally established by the crime: the founding moment of the father was the killing of it, a kind of “big bang” of human society. The original is found in the social conflict between the family stingy, close, sufficient in itself, and the community. The relationship of heterosexual love is constituted by the mass, while the sublimated homosexual drives it.
